We offer shipping of online purchases to U.S. addresses only at this time. For orders shipping to a location outside of the U.S., please email international@coola.com.

Shipping Options

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $50. A shipping charge of $5 will be applied to all orders under $50.

Orders ship Monday-Friday. Orders placed over the weekend, or observed holidays, will ship the next available business day.

Shipping Costs

COOLA offers FREE standard US Ground Shipping on all orders over $50! No promotion/coupon code is required to receive free shipping on purchases over $50. A shipping charge of $5 will be applied to all orders under $50.

When you place an order with COOLA, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have questions about your order please submit a case via “your account” online, or email hello@coola.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your case or email.

Out-of-Stock Items & Backorders

Out-of-stock items should not be able to be ordered, however, should an item on your order be out of stock at time of fulfillment, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.
